We are Shannon, and Chardonnay Engel. We
are a small family ran pumpkin patch. We are
Located just North East of Chippewa Falls off
County Highway S. Turn Left on 175th Ave just
past The Chippewa Humane Society. 3 places
down on the right.
Back in the year 2000, while looking for
something to watch on TV. Shannon seen
something that changed his life. Pumpkins that
required fork lifts to move on a Martha Stewart
show. Since then we have worked to improve
the size of our Pumpkins. In 2005 we bought
5.20 acres of land to build Engel's Great
Pumpkin Patch. In the Fall of 2006 we opened
on September 30th. Built a home, then April
wanted out of the pumpkin patch and the
relationship. It is a lot of work. Look for us to
open another Pumpkin Patch someday.
We strive to have a family orientated patch,
with pumpkins for sale by the people who
grew them. While providing an activity to be
enjoyed by families. We are more than happy
to introduce new growers to the world of giant
pumpkin growing
